Learn how to include an image file in a web page.
You will use a text editor to write the HTML required to include an image in a web page.
Images and backgrounds can be added to web pages using the tag .
Open Windows Explorer (usually by selecting it from the Start > Programs menu).
On you local hard disk create a working directory to which you will save all of your files for the following tasks. To do this select File > New > Folder.
A new folder will be created. Click inside the shaded area and rename the folder: . Use something that you can easily remember (e.g. your initials or name).
